TAXI drivers in Southampton are to stop carrying first aid kits and fire extinguishers – because they are scared of being sued.
Cabbies fear that trying to help passengers could land them in court and facing huge damages claims.
The move has been branded “ridiculous” and “health and safety gone mad”.
