Driver banned
SOUTHAMPTON man Wayne Gilpin has been banned from driving for having no insurance or licence.
Gilpin, 41, of Bonchurch Close, Bassett, drove a T-reg Peugeot 406 in Portsmouth Road on May 31 last year, Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court heard. He admitted the charge.
Magistrates disqualified him for six months, fined him £90, with a £20 victim surcharge and costs of £30.
