POLICE are treating the death of a man in a Hampshire town as unexplained.
A post-mortem has been carried out on the body, which was discovered at the Savoy House hostel in Junction Road, Totton, on Thursday afternoon.
However further tests are being carried out to establish a cause of death.
Hampshire police confirmed the death was being treated as not suspicious.
Officers and paramedics were called to the scene at around 4.45pm and a cordon was put in place.
Hampshire police are today appealing for witnesses who may have known the man or seen him in the days leading up to his death.
