CITY councillors in Southampton will decide the fate of plans to build a new house.
Dr Anneliese Greene wants to build a two-storey, two-bedroom house in Furzedown Road, Portswood.
A number of objections have been made to the scheme, with neighbours saying it would be an overdevelopment of the site and lead to a loss of parking spaces.
But the council’s planning panel has been recommended to approve the application at its meeting on March 25.
