A GROUP of Southampton activists will hold a meeting to discuss an alternative budget to the Coalition Government’s on Thursday.

The Southampton People’s Assembly Against Austerity will meet at Southampton Solent University’s East Park Campus in the HCO25 Lecture Theatre.

They will present their alternative budget called ‘The People’s Budget’ and the speakers will be Andrew Fisher from the Left Economics Advisory Panel and Clare Solomon from the National People’s Assembly.

It will start at 7.30pm.
