TWO men have been arrested following a mugging.

The victim was walking along Northam Road, in Southampton near the Esso petrol station between 10.30pm and 10.40pm when a pair of robbers jumped out and mugged him.

They ran off with his cash and mobile phone towards the Lumpy Lane area.

A 25-year-old man from Southampton and a 22-year-old man from Middlesex remain in police custody following the incident on Thursday, April 3.
