THE celebrations of Southampton’s 50 years of city status have now extended to a range of souvenirs.

City mayor Cllr Ivan White has officially launched a new range of products created by local artists and designers to mark 50 years of city status.

The range includes mugs and other accessories with images of Southampton on them.

The products are available in a number of outlets in the city and council buildings and attractions, including Tudor House.

Don't expect high sales from the Tudor House considering opening hours have been slashed.

Interesting that the waiting message on the council's phone line advertises the Sea City museum on a loop but no mention of Tudor House or the art gallery...
