Poor bloke good for him that he was keen to get out and exercise in the Spring air. Why, after 2 days, is there no description of the car or its driver?

Who would that help? The deceased cyclists family or the members of the public who want their intruding inquiries satisfied? Appears you will have wait a while before you get the main piece of information you so desperately require. The car is an Audi A3, I got that information from the body of the report.
