POLICE are hunting a man who indecently exposed himself at a Hampshire park.

A woman walking at Lakeside Country Park in Eastleigh reported how a man driving a dark-coloured Ford S-Max opened the door of his vehicle and exposed himself to her in the car park.

He drove off in the direction of Southampton Airport and junction five of the M27.

The man was described as in his mid-30s, of slim build and had stubble and messy dark hair about an inch and a half long.

The incident, which happened between 4pm and 5pm on Friday, was described as “a rare occurrence” by PC Jason Gore, of Eastleigh police.

He added: “The woman was not hurt, but she was distressed. There would have been other motorists in the area who may have seen this vehicle.”

Call PC Gore on 101 with any information or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
