A HAMPSHIRE-based insolvency group has appointed a new chairman.
Andrew Watling will now be chairman of the Southern Regional Committee of insolvency trade body R3.
He has more than 20 years of experience helping companies and individuals with financial problems and currently works as a director at Southampton-based Quantuma Restructuring.
