Bus operator to add more services
A HAMPSHIRE bus operator is adding more services from next month.
First Solent is making changes to its bus services across the Solent area, which come into effect on July 27.
They include increasing frequency to every ten minutes of Service 3 that takes passengers from Fareham to Portsmouth, via Portchester, Paulsgrove, Queen Alexandra Hospital and Cosham.
Extra services will run at peak times in the morning with an additional late evening service between Fareham and Cosham.
The F2 Fareham to Frosthole Crescent service will now be extended to call at Highlands Road shops.
Changes will also be made to Services 4, 4A and X4 to provide a 15-minute frequency between Southampton and Fareham, the company said.
