AN EVENING of song and dance at a Southampton church on Saturday, July 12, will celebrate 50 years of being a city.

Children from schools in the Mayfield area will be accompanied by the Central Hall Community Gospel Choir for a concert at Oasis Academy with the Mayor of Southampton Councillor Sue Blatchford, as special guest.

Doors open at 6.45pm for a 7pm start. Tickets (£5) available on the door.
