Former Saints star Wayne Bridge has tied the knot with singer Frankie Sandford from pop group The Saturdays.

The pair were married at Woburn Abbey near Milton Keynes in a ceremony attended by her fellow bandmates Una Healy, Mollie King, Rochelle Humes and Vanessa White.

The happy couple were serenaded by boy band JLS, who reunited for a special performance, the Daily Mirror said.

Winchester-born Bridge, 33, the ex-Chelsea left back, and Sandford, 25, have a son, Parker, who was born last year.

Bridge came through the Saints youth system, making his debut in 1998. He was sold to Chelsea for £7m five years later.

He went on to win 34 England caps, retiring from playing at the end of last season.
