THE third annual Fawley Dog Show has fetched £590 for the All Animal Rescue charity.
The show, at Gang Warily Recreation Centre in Newlands Road, featured a number of different competitions for the assembled pooches, judged by Vets UK from Millbrook.
This included the most handsome dog, prettiest, best rescue, child’s best friend, best trick, waggiest tale, golden oldie, cutest eyes, looks most like owner, fancy dress, obedience class and best of best.
Sally Read, who organised the event with Ryan Hyman, said the day was a runaway event despite a fur soaking downpour: “Everyone had a great time, they really did, with lots of fun and laughter.”
