Walk for fire damaged ravaged church
A WALK in aid of St Peter’s Church, Ropley, which suffered severe damage in a fire in June, will take place on Sunday, September 21.
There will be three routes from Ropley to Alresford catering for differing abilities, starting between 10am-10.30am from the Parish Hall and Ropley Station.
The Watercress Line is donating a free train ride from Alresford back to Ropley for those taking part.
Return trains leave Alresford at 1pm, 1.45pm, 3pm and 3.45pm.
