Get baking and help hospital charity
HAMPSHIRE bakers are being invited to get mixing to help boost hospital services in Southampton.
Throughout March, Southampton Hospital Charity is asking for people to get creative and start baking to tie in with the charity’s birthday.
The charity is hosting a cake stand at the front of Southampton General Hospital on March 11, between 9.30am and 3pm, so needs cakes to fill it, as well as volunteers to man it.
The charity is also hosting a best cake competition on Facebook so bakers can post photos on the charity’s page to be in with the chance to win a professional cake from Beverley’s cakes.
