A SOUTHAMPTON man has been accused of ripping off an Eastleigh pensioner over work he said he would do at his house.

David Foreman, 59, faced nine charges of fraud involving a sum of more than £2,000 and one charge of stealing a record player and discs.

Foreman, of Craven Walk, Kingsland, denied all the allegations and will face trial at the city Crown Court in June.
