Crash causes rush hour tailbacks on major routes
Motorists faced major rush hour tail backs on a main Hampshire route this morning.
Traffic experts arned of major delays on the A31 due to an accident involving a van.
The crash, which blocked one lane eastbound, happened between Picket Post and Stoney Cross and caused tailbacks into Ringwood.
