DID you manage to spot our April Fool story in yesterday’s Daily Echo – hidden among a host of other strange but true stories?
Yes, it is true that hungry diners are queuing up to tackle a giant 2kg burger at a Southampton restaurant.
It is also true that a former soldier is to walk 70-miles barefooted from Southampton to Brighton for charity.
Newborn babies are also really being taught sign language in Hampshire and Southampton University experts are part of a study looking into the diet of the extinct woolly mammoth.
But what was not true was our story that a stone age barbecue, complete with evidence of a brontosaurus burger had actually been found on the Isle of Wight – that was obviously false.
Did you spot it?
