A BUILDING in Southampton could be reconstructed to contain five flats.
The city council’s planning panel will run the rule of Manjinder Sandhu’s application on Tuesday.
The building in Vinery Road is currently partially derelict, and he wants to rebuild it to contain five self-contained flats.
Councillors have been recommended to approve the application at Tuesday’s meeting.
