Woman fined over benefits
A CHANDLER’S FORD woman has received a 12-month community order and fine from Winchester Crown Court for two counts of failing to notify a change of circumstances affecting her entitlement to benefits and other state payments.
Judge Andrew Barnett sentenced Sharon Lamb, 41, of Thistle Road, Chandler’s Ford, to 120 hours’ unpaid work, a 12-month supervision order and a £50 fine for breaching a previous suspended sentence.
