A SUPPORT group for people dealing with amputation will open in Winchester next week.
Best Foot Forward was set up by Nigel Wilmott and his wife Karen, after Nigel, 54, decided to have his leg amputated below the knee in December 2012 following an infection.
It is hoped the group will offer advice and support for amputees, those considering amputation and their families and friends.
The first group is on Monday May 19 at 7.30pm at Tubbs Hall in Fraser Road, Kings Worthy.
