AN INQUEST into the death of a 16-year old boy killed in a motocross accident in Hampshire is expected to open today.
Bradley Hooper fell off his machine seconds before being hit by another bike in a practice session for a race near Winchester.
The teenager from Farnham, Surrey, suffered severe injuries and was flown by air ambulance to hospital but staff were unable to save him.
The crash happened at about 11.20am at the Down Farm Track in Headbourne Worthy on Sunday May 11.
Senior coroner Grahame Antony Short for Central Hampshire is expected to open and adjourn the inquest to a later date this afternoon.
Anyone who witnessed the incident, or captured footage of the incident or the bikes prior to the incident, is asked to call Sergeant Andy Lynch at Eastleigh police station by calling 101 and quoting Operation Alkanet.
