HAMPSHIRE'S emergency services will be showcasing their specialist skills at a special event this weekend.
Police, firefighters, the coastguard, the RNLI and St John's Ambulance will all be ready to greet members of the public to Emergency Service Day on Saturday.
The free event at Greywell and Park Parade precinct will give residents the chance to see the emergency services in action and quiz them about all aspects of their jobs.
There will also be family attractions, including the Jungle Buddy's bus, vintage emergency vehicles and bouncy castles to ensure all ages are kept entertained.
Hampshire police will also have their CCTV van “Seymour” on show, next to their cops 'n' coffee shop, where people can grab a cuppa while having a chat with their local officer.
The event, in Leigh Park, will run from 10am until 2pm.
