COMMUTERS in Hampshire are facing delays of up to 45 minutes after a freight train broke down.
The train broke down near Shawford close to Winchester after there were reports of smoke coming from it.
Engineers from South West Trains are currently at the scene inspecting the train and carrying out repairs.
Passengers at Southampton central are affected.
The break down is affected passengers on South West Trains between Weymouth/Poole and London Waterloo.
