WOMEN in Southampton will be taking over the city centre for a 10km race.

The club Women’s Running will be hosting the event, which starts at Southampton Common on Saturday, June 21, at 11am.

Entry costs £26.

Because they can, it's called positive discrimination. Men only events would be sexist and every competitor would be a male chauvinist pig, there would be boycotts, several inquiries and a celebratory women only event staged in its place.
