Hampshire have blamed hackers after a photo of a topless woman was posted on their official Twitter account today.

The message, which appeared via @hantscricket this afternoon, said only the word ‘A’ and was accompanied by a picture of naked actress Nathalie Emmanuel.

The image shows her as the character Missandei in TV show Game of Thrones, in a clip from this week's episode, The Mountain and The Viper.

Hampshire quickly deleted the message, before posting: “It appears our account has been hacked. Apologies for this, the issue has now been resolved.”
