THERE will be no shortage of dosey-does for one Hampshire community when a hoedown is staged.
The Hilt in Chandler’s Ford will be the setting for the Hiltingbury Hoedown, which has been organised by local residents and takes place tonight.
The community hall on Hiltingbury Road will be transformed into the wild-west complete with hay bales and a live band.
Some locals have even been practising their line dancing skills under the tuition of dance teacher Abbie Jennings of AJ Dance and fitness.
Tickets priced at £12.50 are still available for the evening which runs from 7.30pm to 11.30pm and includes a hog roast.
