Bus firm takes on more routes
AN EASTLEIGH bus company has taken on more routes in Hampshire.
Hampshire County Council and Eastleigh Borough Council have awarded Xelabus the X4 and X7 services around Eastleigh, Hedge End and Chandler’s Ford.
The new X4 route from Eastleigh to Hedge End began last Monday.
The company has also been awarded a new X5 service taking passengers from Parkway to Chandler’s Ford station, going past B&Q and Aviva. This starts from September 1.
As a result the company has invested in four new single-decker vehicles.
