THIS is a man police they would like to speak to in connection with the theft of six bicycles from railway stations across Hampshire.
Officers from the British Transport Police have released CCTV images of the man that they think might have crucial information in relation to the thefts.
Thefts have taken place at stations in Fareham, Swanwick and Winchfield, near Hook, between April and June, and most recently at Hinton Admiral station, near Christchurch, on June 17, where a man cut the lock of a bicycle secured in racks on the platform.
The owners secured their bikes with locks in racks at the station and when they returned, they were gone and police believe the cases are linked.
Detective Sergeant Sarah White, leading the investigation, said the circumstances were very similar in each instance.
Anyone who recognises the man or who has information is asked to contact British Transport Police on 0800 40 50 40.
You can also give information anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
