Delays on the M3. Picture from Romanse
A CRASH is causing delays on a major motorway junction this morning.
Lane one of the northbound M3 was closed mid-morning at Junction 9, which is the interchange for the A34 at Winnall.
Delays are mounting back as far as the A3090 at junction 11.
Although the road was fully reopened by 11.50am, delays of up to 17 minutes remained on the motorway, according to the ROMANSE service.
