FOUR men will appear in court after being charged with conspiracy to steal a JCB digger worth £45,000.
Daniel Attwood, 32, of Bacon Close, Southampton, Tomas Galdikas, 33, of Cleethorpes Road, Sholing, Southampton, Terry Moody, 49, of Fleming Avenue, North Baddesley, and Thomas Watts, 29, of Fair Oak Road, Eastleigh, appeared at Southampton Crown Court regarding the incident, which allegedly took place in Eastleigh in October 2013.
The men were all given unconditional bail and will appear at a plea and case management hearing at the same court on November 7.
