PICSEL Technologies, the Glasgow-based mobile software company, has opened an Asian head-quarters in Malaysia, with the help of an incentive package from the Malaysian government. Picsel, which employs 70 people in Glasgow, makes a content engine which enables virtually any type of file to be viewed and manipulated on mobile devices.
