KONDRAT STANISLAW (STAN) Passed away peacefully on Wednesday  August 22nd, 2007, aged 90 years. Dearest Father of Martin John and Pauline (Cliff), Father-in-law of Rosemarie, grandchildren Zoe, Philip, Yvonne, Paul and Grant, great grandchildren Keenan, Kolin, Kyle, Faith, Ciera and Jessica. Sadly missed by Ashley and James and the numerous family and friends who encountered Dad's spirit along life's journey. You are forever in our hearts Dad,  we love you,  we miss you,  you are now free to fly,  may you rest in peace. God Bless. ---------- We would like to express our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Stella Kijanka (personal care giver), Dr Patel, nurses and staff at Southampton University Hospital, Janet Beche along with the nurses and staff at Laurel Bank Residential Care Home. Martin and Rosemarie Kondrat.
