BETTERIDGE TREVOR JOHN Aged 64 years. Passed away on August 31st, 2008, after a short illness, fought so bravely. A wonderful Husband to Thelma. Much loved Dad to Nigel, Mark, Clive
and Anita. Also a very dear Grandad and
