LAST ARTHUR EDWIN January 7th 1917 - December 2nd 2008 Arthur, the eldest of three children was born and raised in Southampton. Sadly he passed away at Southampton General Hospital on December 2nd surrounded by his family, he is now reunited with beloved Wife Olive. Arthur was a much loved and admired Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. He is survived by his four children Michael Last (Lesley), Karen White, Andrea Yeates (John) and Martyn Last (Lynda). Nine grandchildren, Paula Bordenet (Matt) and Michelle Rexroat (Craig); Simon Last (Alison); Ben, Nicola (Nick) and Amy Yeates; Ian, Clare and Sean Last and three great grandchildren Drew and Madeleine Bordenet and Holly Last. Weddings
Photographer: Cheryl Goucher On September 22nd, 2008, St. Josephs Catholic Church, Bugle Street, Southampton, was the setting for the marriage of Miss Nadine Mary Phelps to Mr Ashley Slattery. The Bride wore a long Ivory Victorian dress and veil with a beautiful hand-made Tiara, all from Shay Harris Bridal Lounge. The Bride of Honour was Kelly Walsh and Best Man was Keith Stead. The Ceremony with Mass was solemnised by Canon John O'Shea and Rev. Kevin Delaney . Photographs were taken at Netley Abbey Old Ruins. Reception was held at L'Arcadia Italian restaurant where we had the Wedding Lunch and Evening Buffet. Three-tier Victorian Floral Wedding Cake was beautifully made by Ashleys aunt; Sonjia Renyard. Flowers by Jenni Smith at Floral Fantasy Designs. Vintage car owned and driven by Dennis Eyls. What a perfect day! We wish you both a long and happy life together.
