CANNONS TRACY (Nee COFFIN) Passed away in hospital on 4th April 2014, aged 47 years. Loved by her husband Mike, twins Scott and Melissa, missed greatly by sister Yvonne, her husband Ken and children Ross and Sam. ------------ Funeral Service at Southampton Crematorium, East Chapel on Thursday 24th April 2014 at 4.15 p.m. All flowers welcome c/o A.H. Rogers & Sons, 96 Romsey Road, Shirley, Southampton, SO16 4DQ.

You never really said it much, but I know you loved me so,
You encouraged and supported me as you watched me grow,
I wish I told you more that you were an amazing mum,
Your sudden departure has left me feeling numb.
Taken too young at only 47 years old,
I'll remember your smile and your heart of gold.
I’m sorry for the times we argued and the times I made you cry,
Just know I’ll always love you, and this isn’t my goodbye.
You'll live on in my dreams, you'll live on in my heart,
For every time I think of you, we'll never be apart.
