BALCOMBE Clement Casper Originally from St.Vincent West Indies. Spent a while in London before moving to Southampton where he lived for 48 years. Passed away on Sat 14th January 2017 aged 88 years. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Children and Grandchildren. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday 25th Jan 2017 at St Peters Church, Millbrook 11.30am followed by Burial at Hollybrook Cemetery 12.30pm.
