WALKER PATRICK Born Brave. Passed away peacefully at Countess Mountbatten House on Saturday, 21st January, 2012 aged 52 years. Beloved Partner of Isabella, devoted Dad to the dogs, Holly, Faye and Coco. Hero, Teacher and Friend to Ewa. Remembered in loving memory – courageous, graceful and spirited, full of love and life. You will forever live in our hearts. ---------- The Funeral Mass will be held at Saint Boniface Church, Shirley Road on Friday, 3rd February at 12 noon followed by Patrick’s Burial.
