BOLTON PAT Iris, Bridget and Daniel would like to thank Family, Friends, Neighbours, Parishioners and all who attended Pat's Funeral, for the cards, phone calls, donations and flowers in his memory. Our grateful thanks to Dr Akerman (Waterside Health Centre), all the Nurses, and Medical Staff, Nobilis Care, and Oakhaven Hospice who did all they could to assist us all.
