Bus stops are disorganised for commuters

I have just written to Bromley technical services department on the subject of bus stops outside Boots the Chemist, in Widmore Road, Bromley and I said the following:

Could I make a plea for some rearrangement of these stops? Getting on to a bus in this part of Bromley is a major problem, especially for the elderly or visually-impaired traveller.

All the leaving or through buses pick up at one stop, whereas round the corner outside Sainsburys there are two pick-up stops for fewer buses.

The arrival stop is further along and isolated from the others.

In Widmore Road, how much more convenient would it be for the bus traveller if the stop outside Boots, which is now an arrival stop, were allocated to half the leaving buses.

If the existing stop was allocated to the other half and if the arrival stop were 30 or 40 yards behind this one.

This is at a place where the 314s often stop for whatever reason with all their indicator lights flashing before picking up their passengers.

If anyone agrees with my views, could I please urge them to write to the Council
