Cake sale to support campaign against Sainsbury's store opening

A BRING and buy cake sale and coffee morning will be held at the United Free Church Hall on Basingwell Street, Bishops Waltham, on September 26.

The event has been organised by the Bishops Waltham Action Group, which is campaigning against the opening of a new Sainsbury’s store in the town.

There will also be an opportunity to meet some of the committee and discuss any concerns about the proposed development.

All funds raised will go to support the campaign. The event runs from 10am to 12pm.
