Southampton City Council CITY OF SOUTHAMPTON (EXFORD DRIVE) (FOOTPATH CLOSURE) (027/23) TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2012 Southampton City Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE THAT, in accordance with section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the Council made the following Order on 15th June 2012. 1 The effect of the Order will be to close: a. Exford Avenue Shopping Precinct for its entirety. b. Exford Avenue/Somerset Avenue Footpath from their junction with Exford Drive to their intersection with Exford Drive footpath. c. Exford Drive footpath from its junction with Exford Drive to the extended north-eastern boundary line of 106 Exford Avenue. d. Exford Avenue footpath for its entirety. 2 The Order is required to allow a redevelopment to take place. 3 The Order comes into force on 18th June 2012 and it is anticipated that the work will take six months to complete. The Order will therefore cease to have effect in December 2012 or on completion of the works, whichever is later. Southampton City Council CITY OF SOUTHAMPTON (EXFORD DRIVE) (ROAD CLOSURE) (020-23) TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2012 Southampton City Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE THAT, in accordance with section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the Council made the following Order on 15th June 2012. 1 The effect of the Order will be to close Exford Drive from its junction with Whitehill Close to its closed end (including service areas). NB. The south-western footway from its junction with Exford Avenue to its closed end will also be closed. 2 The Order is required to allow a redevelopment to take place. 3 The Order comes into force on 18th June 2012 and it is anticipated that the work will take 18 months to complete. The Order will therefore cease to have effect in December 2013 or on completion of the works, whichever is later. Southampton City Council CITY OF SOUTHAMPTON (LAXTON CLOSE) (ROAD CLOSURE) (021-23) TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2012 Southampton City Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE THAT, in accordance with section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the Council made the following Order on 15th June 2012. 1 The effect of the Order will be to close Laxton Close from the southern boundary of numbers 3 and 4 to its closed end (including service areas). The footpath that runs between Laxton Close and Bramley Crescent will also be closed for the duration of this Order. 2 The Order is required to allow a redevelopment to take place. 3 The Order comes into force on 18th June 2012 and it is anticipated that the work will take 18 months to complete. The Order will therefore cease to have effect in December 2013 or on completion of the works, whichever is later.
