LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Licensing Authority at Southampton City Council for a premises licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003. The Licensable activities are the supply of alcohol on the premises and the provision of Regulated Entertainment, facilities for entertainment and Late Night Refreshment. The effects of the Order are as follows: To revoke and consolidate within this Order the following Traffic Regulation Orders: a) The City of Southampton (Bassett, Highfield and Hampton Park) (Residents’ Parking Scheme) Order 2010, The City of Southampton (Bassett, Highfield and Hampton Park) (Residents’ Parking Scheme) (Amendment No 1) Order 2010 and The City of Southampton (Bassett, Highfield and Hampton Park) (Residents’ Parking Scheme) (Amendment No 2) Order 2012. b) To partially revoke and consolidate within this Order the following Traffic Regulation Order where it applies to the Bassett Highfield Hampton Residents’ Parking Scheme: The City of Southampton (Residents’ Parking Schemes) (Amendment) Order 2011. 2.
