SAINTS fans can meet club legend Matt Le Tissier when he officially opens a new Southampton housing development.
The footballer-turned-pundit will unveil the two-bedroom show apartment and communal garden at Crest Nicholson’s Empress Heights complex in College Street.
Supporters are invited to meet their hero at the champagne reception, from 6pm to 9pm on December 13, have their photo taken with him and get his autograph.
The house builders have already sold more than a third of the flats in the new development, at which one-bedroom apartments start from £106,360 with the FirstBuy scheme.
Crest Nicholson South’s sales and marketing director, Christine Tiernan said: “It’s great to be able to launch the new show home and communal garden, especially with the support of Matt Le Tissier.
“Because the apartments are only a short walk from Oxford Street with its great selection of restaurants and bars, Empress Heights is being snapped up by young professionals, investors and first-time buyers.
“This recently included two top Hampshire cricketers.”
