Detailed plans have been submitted to Bradford Council for a six-house development in Ben Rhydding.
The authority granted outline permission for the six detached homes on land east of Cheltenham Avenue in November 2010.
The site is to the east of the cul-de-sac on land close to the railway line.
The latest reserved matters planning applic-ation, submitted by David Whittiker of Amberstone Developments Ltd, based in Leeds, included more detailed plans of the design of the proposed two-storey family homes, a tree survey and a design and access statement.
In the statement, Halliday Clark Architects said the planned houses are arranged around a central courtyard recreating the form of a traditional farmstead. The plan is expected to be determined by Bradford Council.
