A CATERING company in North Yorkshire has won a contract to supply iconic venue Scarborough Spa.
The new contract sees Yorkshire Dales Meat Company supplying the historic multi-purpose venue with a meat, including topside of beef, sausages, turkey parcels and duck breasts for its conferencing, entertainment and banqueting facilities.
The new deal comes after the venue was acquired by Sheffield International Venues (SIV).
James Knox, Yorkshire Dales Meat Company’s finance director, said: “This new partnership with Sheffield International Venues represents a great opportunity for Yorkshire Dales Meat Company.
“We look forward to supplying them with our high quality, traditional produce.”
The catering butcher firm supplies meat products to restaurants and hotels including Leeds United Football Club and Yorkshire Restaurant of the Year 2012, Samuels’ at Swinton Park Hotel.
The firm also supplies sausages, burgers, meatballs and steaks to Asda and Morrisons stores across Yorkshire.
