A HAMPSHIRE MP is set to launch work transforming Fareham Business Park.

Caroline Dinenage, MP for Gosport, will today mark the beginning of demolition work at the site.

Originally the home of a US based global healthcare company, CBRE sold the 11.3 acre site to Oceanic Estates in April 2012.

Oceanic Estates plans to market the available space, offering the choice of fully refurbished units from 10,000 sq ft up to 120,000 sq ft.

Alternatively, it could build a new bespoke facility to suit an occupier's particular specification.

Harry Hutchinson, Director at Oceanic Estates said it was already in detailed discussions with a number of interested parties.

Ms Dinenage said: “I am proud to support projects such as this which will bring further investment, enterprise and jobs to the local area, helping reduce the number of people who have to out-commute along busy roads to get to work.”
