SOUTHAMPTON-based transport company Meachers Global Logistics have entered into a commercial agreement with a French company.

Meachers, whose head office is in Nursling, will receive inbound freight from French logistics provider Morvan Fils Transit, for UK distribution.

The freight will go from St Malo to Portsmouth, and then distributed across the UK.

The managing director of Meachers Global Logistics, Stuart Terris said: “It is in line with our business and growth strategy and we look forward to exploring how we can partner together and develop further commercial opportunities.”
