A PUB in Southampton city centre is set to be converted into flats.
A developer has won permission to convert the Lord Palmerston pub in Palmerston Road into nine apartments.
The new plans will see the building divided among nine flats, made of three studios, five one-bed apartments and one two-bed apartment.
City councils gave the green light to the scheme, after previous proposals by a different developer to knock it down and build 19 student flats there were refused.
